I have gained weight again. I have put on 6 kg for just one month. No idea why. I have not change my eating habits, but somehow I still have piled on all this weight. I don't do exercise for I have no time. Crap. All my weight can be more seen onto my midsection. meeeh!
I wanted to go to the gym, but I am the type of person who would always enroll myself to the gym and never show up. And since I'm jobless now, and back to being a student, I can no longer afford a membership. So gym is out of the plan. LOL.
I'm now thinking of a good exercise that I should be doing. I used to do a 20-30 minute walking exercise every morning when I used to work at night. I do that right away upon going home. So, what do you think is a good exercise? How long should I be doing it for? Maybe I should also be watchful of the food I eat.
